The counselor of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, yesterday attended the besapié del Cristo de Medinaceli, celebrated in the church of Santa María de Gracia de Cartagena.

The traditional besapié, which gathers thousands of worshipers each year, is one of the most outstanding acts of Lent in Cartagena.

Also, Noelia Arroyo attended the solemn Miserere marrajo of the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno. The ceremony, held in the military church of Santo Domingo, was officiated by the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, José Manuel Lorca Planes.
