The Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena, meeting this morning, under the chairmanship of the Councilor for Economic Strategy and Finance, Carmen Martín del Amor, has proposed the award of fixed voice, data and mobile communications services, fixed telephony , data network and internet access from the City of Cartagena to the Vodafone company.
To the announcement of this contract had also presented Telefónica offer.
The award proposal was made after the board rejected the allegations made by Telefónica to the technical report of the municipal services assessing the offers.
The price of this contract amounts to 1,320,000 euros for a period of three years.
CLEANING OF OFFICES
The Contracting Committee has also proposed the award to the company ONET-SERALIA of the cleaning contract of the primary care centers of the municipality of Cartagena for two years for an amount of 421,516.41 euros.
It is the lowest economic offer of the nine formulated by as many companies that have attended.
The contractor commits to perform the cleaning tasks, under the supervision of the municipal technical services, in about thirty municipal buildings in which activities of medical consultations and nursing are carried out.
Finally, the contracting table has accepted the official certificates of technical solvency presented by the only company that has made an offer to carry out the postal services of the City Council and the Autonomous Agency for Collection Management.
It is about the company Correo inteligente y Postal SL from which this morning its technical proposal has been opened, which should now be informed by the municipal services.
The amount of this contract is 513,863 for a period of one year.
