Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena detained during the night of Sunday, February 25, a man who was trying to steal a music device that was inside a car.

The events took place at 10:00 p.m. when local police officers went to the Santa Lucía hospital area after receiving a warning from 112 that alerted about the presence of an individual who was manipulating the dashboard of a vehicle.

The 42-year-old man was surprised by the agents manipulating the radio of the vehicle with a screwdriver, with the intention of subtracting it.

The Local Police has arrested the alleged perpetrator and has ordered police proceedings for the criminal acts.
