The Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia (BORM) publishes today the announcement that opens the period of public exposure of the transitory norms of Cartagena for 20 working days, which will begin tomorrow, Saturday.
It is an exceptional urban figure foreseen in the new Land Law of the Region of Murcia, and it has a temporary nature until the new General Plan of Urban Planning is drawn up by the City of Cartagena.
"The Autonomous Community thus fulfills the speed announced to expedite the deadlines of the regional processing of the transitory norms of Cartagena to the maximum," said the Councilor for the Presidency and Development, Pedro Rivera, who pointed out that the regional executive "is fully committed to approving them. as soon as possible".
Pedro Rivera recalled that "only a week ago", the technical committee composed of regional and municipal technicians, gave its approval to the municipal document and "we have not lost a minute in initiating the regional processing", which will conclude with the approval of the Council of government.
The counselor said that these rules "guarantee legal security, protect the historical-cultural heritage and the environment, and preserve the economic and residential activity of the municipality of Cartagena."
After the public presentation, the allegations presented will be analyzed and those that are legally viable will be included.
Subsequently, the document will be studied by different departments of the Autonomous Community involved in this matter, will be subject to analysis by the Legal Services Directorate and, after validation, will be approved by the Governing Council.
