Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena, assigned to the Pozo Estrecho detachment, intervened on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 21, to an individual who had overturned 15 containers of organic waste.

The person involved, of Moroccan nationality and 26 years of age, was undocumented.

Immediately, he was transferred to the offices of the National Police Station to be identified.

When the identification was made, the agents verified that the detainee had an expulsion order from the country.

For all these reasons, the alleged perpetrator was arrested by the local police officers instructing the corresponding police proceedings.
