The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) co-organizes with the Vivekanand Education Society 'Basic 18', an international conference on the new paradigm of business and data analysis to gain competitiveness, specifically the 'smart cities'.

In the conference, inaugurated today, the UPCT researcher Rafael Toledo participates as a prominent speaker, who will address the issue of automated mobility, technology and human factors.
