Since the City of Cartagena stopped the work a month ago, the neighbors complain with reason of the state in which the STREET SAGRADA FAMILIA is located.
CTSSP has verified on site that it is not an agreement in conditions, even if the works had been completed, since the upper part has not been modified being the most dangerous part of the wall.
"The wall has been half plastered, badly and without cleaning, says Marily Acosta, a neighbor of the neighborhood" We have no where to step on the stairs and asthmatics suffocating us "It is VERGONZOSO, INTOLERABLE AND INDIGNANT. This work we have been requesting 20 years and when they finally start it, they leave us this ".
CTSSP will take to the next plenary several questions to know if in the new works that are bid and carry out they will reinforce the upper part of the wall so that it is not so weak and if it is going to proceed to put a handrail that allows to climb the height of the wall for the security of the neighbors.
