An MC initiative will require an open and transparent procedure in the access to employment in Lhicarsa (22/01/2018)

Likewise, it is claimed that said job offer contemplates, in a clear and transparent manner, the vacancies to be filled, with specification of the positions, and the procedures for selection of hiring of labor personnel are approved, guaranteeing the constitutional principles of equality, merit, ability and advertising and, as a result of said offers, the corresponding waiting lists are created.

These same criteria should also be followed to fill internships or internships.

Finally, when the aforementioned Council was held, the mayor is required to convene an Extraordinary Spokesperson's Meeting within 10 days of the meeting, in order to inform all groups of the list of registrations and dismissals since January 2015, as well as like the advances in the hiring of labor personnel, that guarantee the constitutional principles of equality, merit, capacity and publicity in the access to the employment.
