The Three Wise Men visited the afternoon of Wednesday, January 3, more than 600 children in the local Association of Neighbors of the Ensanche - Almarjal to make them delivery of their gifts.
The Association of Neighbors collaborated with 600 toys that their Majesties delivered to the children who came to the premises.
Some of the children came from La Casa Cuna, and from neighborhoods like Lo Campano and Villalba, since the objective of the association was that no small one, with few economic resources, will run out of toys.
The event also counted on the collaboration of the councils of Celebrations and Education of the city council of Cartagena.
To accompany the children, on that magical afternoon, were the ediles David Martínez and Francisco Aznar;
together with the president of this association, Ana de Haro, who in turn served as a teacher of ceremonies.
Among the toys that Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar distributed were the children's favorites: 250 remote-controlled cars, 100 children's cars and 100 plush toys, contributed by the Department of Celebrations, among others.
The fun Christmas day took place in the social premises of the AAVV Ensanche-Almarjal where the children were offered a snack of buns and juices, in which Cenit Shopping Center collaborated.
In addition, the attendees enjoyed the music of the Christmas Charanga, which during these festivities are visiting the districts and county councils of Cartagena.
Some musical activities programmed by the Department of Celebrations within its Christmas program.
