The staff of the Catholic University can also benefit from these reductions in the gymnasiums and directed activities of these two facilities next to the Los Dolores Campus.

Within the principle of the UCAM to continue advancing in improving services for its university community in Cartagena and in order to promote among its students and workers the practice of sports, has reached an agreement with the Sports Club Santa Ana and the Mediterranean Sports Center by which its students and employees will benefit from discounts in the use of its facilities and the directed activities that are carried out in them.

The reductions are specified in two different proposals depending on the sports facility chosen.

Thus, at the Santa Ana Polygon Sports Club, those who identify with the San Antonio Catholic University card will get two free months at the time of formalizing their payment.

For its part, the Centro Deportivo Mediterráneo offers a 20% discount on its rates to those who are part of the UCAM community.

In both cases these discounts can accommodate those who study or work in the campuses of Los Jerónimos de Murcia and the Campus of Los Dolores de Cartagena or online.

In this way they will have more facilities for the realization of sports in swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts, paddle tennis and futsal, among other services.

Reinforcement of the Sports Activities Service in Cartagena

These agreements are in addition to the reinforcement made by the UCAM in its Sports Activities Service in the Campus of Cartagena, which will offer personalized and daily attention to students interested in practicing sport at all levels, also promoting the holding of sports championships in different modalities.

The San Antonio Catholic University has become the University of Sport in Europe, and teaches in Cartagena the Degrees in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Infant and Primary Education, Law and Criminology.
