Love is a matter of four in two plus two, comedy with Daniel Guzman, Miren Ibarguren, Maria Castro and Alex Barahona (15/12/2017)

Love is no longer a matter of two, but of four or at least this is the new formula proposed by the play 'Two plus two' coming this Saturday, December 16 at the New Theater Circus.

The actors Daniel Guzmán, Miren Ibarguren, María Castro and Alex Barahona reflect on the Cartagena scene about the exchange of couples.

The work at 21:30 hours is scheduled by the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena.

This theatrical comedy was born after having destroyed the film in Argentina, becoming the most watched in 2012, its premiere year.

David Serrano and Maite Pérez Astorga then took the reins of their management and offer a faithful vision but "with more Spanish humor".

In addition, the actors contribute their personal stamp with improvisations that allow them to be "less corseted".

"Every day of the show, new things happen on the stage and that makes each performance different, yes, always with assured laughs", guaranteed Daniel Guzmán in a recent interview.

His character is the one who is more prejudiced when exploring in love and sex.

Together with Ibaguren, they bring to life Adrián y Julieta, a couple happily married for 17 years and with a pre-adolescent son.

But the routine has broken the passion between them and Julieta is open to anything to solve it.

Sex, desire, passion and humor are the pillars on which representation is based,

María Castro forms together with Alex Barahona the couple of Tomás y Silvia.

Modern, liberal and without marriage or children practice the exchange of couples.

Propose to your friends to join this practice will completely destabilize the marriage and their friendship.

The socially accepted in the face of hidden desires will unleash questions and questions such as, is it possible to keep passion alive in a long relationship?

Is love enough to keep a couple together?

Is there only one way to understand fidelity?

Where are the limits?

Each one of the actors represents four different opinions with respect to the subject, for that reason the most traditional public is identified with some and the most liberal with others, although the unexpected ending changes the opinion of more than one.

"The consequences that this amorous crossing can have explode after representing dozens of everyday and habitual scenes with which more than one will feel identified even if he does not recognize it," Guzmán alleged in the same interview.
