The General Negotiation Table, chaired by the Councilor for Personnel, Francisco Aznar, unanimously approved Friday the Public Employment Offer of 2017.
Among the proposals approved highlights the replacement rate of 33 places.
Specifically, 15 fire stations, 10 maintenance assistants, 3 mechanic drivers, 2 technical file aides, libraries and documentation, 1 foreign financing technician and European funds, 1 technical A1 economic branch and 1 journalist position.
In addition, the proposal of internal promotion has been accepted by which all C2 administrative assistants will become C1, as well as 4 positions of corporal of Fire and other 4 of sergeant.
The mayor Francisco Aznar explained that it has been agreed to implement a plan to review the internal promotion of each and every one of the specialties of the City of Cartagena, which will begin to negotiate with the municipal unions at the beginning of next year.
