Around 100 caravans participated along the bridge of the Pillar in the I Tourist Campsite 'Cartagena City of Treasures', that developed between the 12 and the 15 of October in the esplanade of the festive camp of Carthagineses and Romans.
The event had its closing day on Saturday with an evening in which Pablo Moreno "Maca" and attended by acting mayor Juan Pedro Torralba.
In the closing ceremony, the trophies of the sports tournaments played during the tourist camp and the reminders were given to the 9 campsites in León, Santander, Murcia, Alcalá de Henares, Almería and Plasencia that participated in the event .
During the 4 days of the activity, the participants were able to enjoy a procession of San Ginés de La Jara, tastings, tapas, lunch and dinner snacks, dominoes, petanque and parchis, a battle of Carthaginians and Romans , evening evenings with musical performances and theater, excursions and routes.
This Tourist Camp 'Cartagena Ciudad de Tesoros' has been organized by Cartagena Camping Club and the Spanish Federation of Camping Club with the collaboration of the City Council of Cartagena through the councils of Tourism, Festivities and Sports and also the support of Roniwesk Cartagena and of the Federation of Troops and Legions of Carthaginians and Romans.
