The summer film cycle 'Annus LXXIX.

Dying in Pompeii ', organized in the Municipal Archaeological Museum by the Cultural and Heritage Area of ​​the City of Cartagena with the collaboration of the Federation of Troops and Legions of Carthaginians and Romans, comes to an end this Thursday, September 14, with the screening of the film 'Pompeii' (2014).

The film is directed by Paul WS Anderson.

With a duration of 102 ', tells the story of Milo, a slave become a gladiator, who has to see how his love, the young Cassia, is forced to promise Corvus, a corrupt senator.

When Vesuvius erupts threatening to destroy everything, Milo will try to save it as the city enters into chaos.

It is a story of love, struggle and adventure of epic proportions that will move us to one of the events that marked the future of Ancient Rome.

The screening, as in the three films that have made up the film cycle, will take place at the Garden of the Municipal Archaeological Museum Enrique Escudero de Castro, at 2145 hours.

The entrance will be free until capacity is completed.
