The Llano del Beal celebrates its Popular Festivals (23/08/2017)

The Diputación del Llano del Beal will start next Friday, August 25th of its popular festivals of summer with contests, music and a great atmosphere, which will last until September 3.

The archaeologist and general director of Archaeological Heritage of the City of Cartagena, Carmen Berrocal, will be in charge of inaugurating the festivities with the proclamation starting at 10:00 pm after which the Trio Guana will liven up the party well into the night.

On Saturday 26, Pilgrimage of San Ginés de la Jara, the pilgrims will make night in the locality, filling it with atmosphere and music until the following morning.

On Sunday the neighbors will celebrate a meal of coexistence for which a giant paella will be cooked that will be served from 2:00 p.m., and at night from 10 p.m., the 'Espartera' group will liven up a popular dance Organized by the Council of Celebrations.

During the week there will be activities such as the foam party on Tuesday at 10:30 p.m., the cake contest on Wednesday at 8 p.m., the great parchis that will be played from From 18:00 hours on Friday September 1, and that same day the Mobile Disco for youth from 23:00 hours.

On Saturday the finals of all the championships will be celebrated throughout the festivities and the day will be finished with a great traca at 1:00 am.

Already on Sunday, the mass in honor of the miner will start the last day of parties that will end with the delivery of trophies and the Great Pasacalles in charge of the band of horns and drums 'San Nicolás'.
