Local Police officers from Cartagena for Citizen Security arrested during the night of Friday, June 2, an individual for threatening another person of death with a white weapon.
The events took place during the early hours of Friday to Saturday, when emergency telephone 112 received a call alerting that a person in the neighborhood of San Anton amenzaba another subject with a knife.
Thus, the agents moved to the scene, where they proceeded to arrest the alleged author, who presented injuries in the hands after carrying the white weapon and having punished the assailant in the face.
The detainee is a 45-year-old man.
Both the abuser and the victim were transferred to receive medical assistance for the injuries they had.
After that, the alleged perpetrator of the threats by the local police agents was arrested, after which he read his rights as a detainee and police investigations were carried out.
