The mitico Dream Team opens this Friday the Weekend Dj with a great party of the 80's and 90's (25/05/2017)

The third edition of the Weekend Dj Fest of Cartagena starts this Friday, May 26, with a great party of 80 and 90, which will be run by the mythical DreamTeam, creators of the famous Max Mix.

Toni Peret, José María Castells and Quique Tejada arrive directly from Ibiza, where they have triumphed for several years with their show 'The Children Of The 80's' in Hard Rock.

It will be three hours in which DreamTeam will review the great themes of the time with a spectacular videoshow.

The event will be held with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena, which has ceded the festive venue and contributed to the dissemination of this event, which is called to consolidate as one of the inescapable appointments of the regional music scene.

But before, and as an opening, at 10 pm, the Ayoho group will arrive, which continues to open up the national indie-pop scene and has already become one of the most important emerging groups in the region.

The Ayoho will present the songs from their second album, Ikigai, with a more electronic sound, to be published in late September, along with the first, Deference and Wonder, recorded in 2015, after winning Vodafone Yu Music Talent winners 1,100 bands from all over Spain.

It will be followed by the performance of the local Dj Julgo, with a funky session of the 80's and 90's. And as a closing, after the performance of the Dream Team by Toni Peret, José María Castells and Quique Tejada, Stylish electronic music.

FREE ENTRANCE UNTIL 23 HOURS

The venue will open its doors at 8:00 p.m. so that the public can enjoy the artisan market of La Hormiga Hippie Market and food foodtrucks that have been installed on the premises.

The entrance to the festival is free until 11 pm.

From that hour will have to pay a minimum entrance of 10 euros that includes a consumption.

THE SATURDAY, EXTENSIVE POSTER

For Saturday, the program is much more extensive.

In the morning, in the CIM, and in collaboration with the UPCT, will take place the talks of the training cycle, totally free and until completing capacity.

At 10:00 am will be Sergio Huescar, communication expert, then DreamTeam, music manager José Carlos Arévalo and local Djs Julgo and Pedro Sox, who will show the way to start in the world.

The activity in the festival grounds will begin at 5 pm with performances by rappers and graffiti exhibitions.

There will be freestyle battles and the performance of KCF and Jayder and Pieces.

At 20 hours will be the final of the III National Contest of Young Djs for which three young people from Málaga, Alicante and Cartagena have been classified.

CARLOS JEAN, ALBERT SNOW AND TAAO CROSS

The poster on Saturday will open Plosly, the winner of the 'How Pinchas' of the Autonomous Community.

Next will be Javi Ponce, winner last year of the contest of the Weekend Dj and then Murcia Djs Brain Breakers.

The stage will warm up as the night progresses with the internationally successful Carthage Tao Kross, who comes directly from the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Monaco, the Catalan Albert Neve, who has recently played in Miami's Ultra Musica , One of the most important festivals in the world, and the well-known Carlos Jean, winner of multiple awards, such as Ondas al mejor Dj.

The night will be closed by Dj Shake Coconuts.

For Saturday the entrance is also free until 23 hours.

From that hour will require a minimum entry of 10 euros with consumption.

As it was advanced in its presentation to the media in the Palace Hall, the Weekend Dj Cartagena changes stage this year and comes loaded with emotions with great artists and opening up to new trends;

Dj's, musical groups, The Hippie Market Ant, foodtrucks, training ... And all in one weekend.
