Local Government Board dismisses appeals against administrative assistant bases (05/05/2017)

ASSIGNMENT OF LANDS TO LA CARM FOR THE SCHOOL OF LA ALJORRA

LA PALMA ARTIFICIAL LAWN FIELD

MODEL CONVENTION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL FIELDS

Also referring to municipal soccer fields, the Governing Board has approved a model agreement to be signed with football schools and sports clubs, which will regulate the management and use of them.

Until now the City Council had ceded, without a standard procedure, the management of these municipal facilities to clubs and schools for the development of their work of promotion and promotion of sport.

PLAN OF ACTION AGAINST NOISE

The Local Government Board has definitively approved the Plan of Action against the Noise of Cartagena 2015-2018, after dismissing the allegations made during its public information process by not affecting these allegations for the purpose of the proposal.

The Plan to be published soon in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) seeks to limit the noise pollution suffered by the urban agglomeration of Cartagena.

This plan should have been approved and submitted to public information in 2013, which was not done until 2016, and the current Government complies with the requirements of the General Directorate for Coordination of Common Policies and General Affairs of the European Union. The Secretary of State of the European Union, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, who warned against breaching the European directive and urged it to regularize this situation in the shortest time possible.

The Plan It consists of a diagnosis of the existing situation based on the results of the noise map, an identification of the situations that must be improved, a list of actions that are already being carried out or are intended to be carried out in the Context of this Plan, a proposal for the delimitation of Quiet Zones and a set of indicators for monitoring the Plan.

The main objective of the Plan is to try to solve the conflicts associated with the noise produced by the traffic in the urban agglomeration of Cartagena, which constitutes the main source of noise identified in the strategic noise map, as required by the regulations Sectoral implementation.

The actions in this area focus on the promotion of sustainable mobility, the prevention of noise pollution by road traffic through previous studies, urban planning and acoustic studies of buildings, and the protection of sensitive areas Could be affected by the installation of acoustic screens, among others.

However, the Plan has also included actions aimed at optimizing municipal noise management;

To improve information, awareness and participation of citizens;

Controlling the noise associated with night time entertainment;

And reduce the acoustic impact associated with municipal services, such as road cleaning and waste collection.

The Plan is structured in 7 strategic lines, 20 programs and 67 actions.

OTHER URBAN ISSUES

Together with the Action Plan Against Noise, within the urbanization apparatus, the Governing Board has initially approved a detailed study on block 1 of the action unit 7 of Santa Lucia.
