Firefighters of the Fire Extinguishing Service and Rescue of the City of Cartagena yesterday rescued, at five-fifteen, a person who had suffered an accident while practicing motocross in the Monte del Pericón, on the road from La Manchica to La Aljorra.

To the place were displaced firefighters and two vehicles that managed to accede to the place where the wounded one, that had a fracture below the knee, although in good condition.

The firefighters proceeded to their immobilization and later transfer on a stretcher in one of the vehicles to the place where the Medicalized Emergency Unit (EMU) was located, where it was attended.
