The Council of Ministers today approved, on the proposal of the Minister of Employment and Social Security, Fatima Báñez, a Royal Decree that qualifies as the National Reference Center to the National Center for Occupational Training in Cartagena (Murcia).
With this Royal Decree would be qualified all the Reference Centers foreseen in this Autonomous Community.
It is a center in the professional area Analysis and control, in the Professional area Chemical process, in the professional area Pharmachemistry, in the professional area Pasta, paper and cardboard and in the professional area Transformation of polymers of the professional family Chemistry, in The field of vocational training.
The National Reference Centers, regulated by Royal Decree of 15 February 2008, have been conceived as an institution in the service of vocational training systems.
Its objective is to facilitate a more competitive professional formation and to respond to the changes in the demand of qualification of the productive sectors.
They are distinguished by programming and carrying out actions of an innovative, experimental and formative character in the matter of professional training that serve as reference to the whole National System of Professional Qualifications.
His work constitutes a guiding reference for the productive and formative sector.
It is planned to qualify 50 Reference Centers in the whole of the Spanish State, which aim to become a reference for innovation and experimentation at national level in vocational training in the professional families of the Catalog through efficient and efficient management of resources .
