The mayor and the new colonel of the Artillery Regiment have their first meeting. Colonel Enrique Silvela, who was received today by the first mayor at the Palace Hall, replaces the outgoing José Luis Carbonell (14/12/2016)
The mayor of Cartagena, Jose López, received Wednesday, December 14, in the Palace Hall of the new colonel of the Artillery Regiment, Enrique Silvela.
The Colonel has been accompanied by his predecessor José Carlos Carbonell.
Silvela is Colonel of Artillery of Staff by the armies of Spain and the United States.
