The ADLE gets half a million euros in grants to train unemployed (26/10/2016)

The Agency for Local Development and Employment, chaired by Ana Belén Castejon and whose manager is Manuel Mora, has won three courses Employment Service and Training (SEF), worth 524,000 euros, to train unemployed.

These courses are very important to us because they affect the social character we want to print to the ADLE, because our goal is to develop activities that have the greatest possible social impact.

In addition to forming and improving access options to the labor market of the unemployed, we maximize the impact of our actions, said Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Economic Strategy, Ana Belén Castejon.

The first course, subsidized with 439,224 euros, is intended to provide the mixed program Three Forks, including the Youth Guarantee Program.

With this course forty unemployed as cooks, waiters and kitchen helpers will be formed.

They prepare food will be donated to the dining Jesus, Master and Shepherd, Caritas.

During the first three months the students will be trained in the kitchens of La Milagrosa and then work in the soup kitchen, said the manager of the ADLE, Manuel Mora.Durante this last stage will feature a work contract and a salary close to 80 % of the minimum wage.

We have also obtained grants from SEF for two more courses, for close to 85,000 euros.

It is two cycles of mode 3 training.

One course is intended for business creation for unemployed older than 35 years and is called Microenterprise Creation and Management.

The second, denominadoOperaciones Plumbing and Heating air conditioning is aimed at unemployed older than 45 years.
