Cartagena Local Police stopped last Friday night to an individual 36 years of age as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of abuse in the family.
The detainee allegedly hit on the head and back to his minor daughter, having to flee the least of his home.
The perpetrator was arrested by local police officers, proceeding to the reading of his rights and instruct police inquiries about it.
The minor had to be moved so that was recognized by emergency medical services.
In addition to this arrest, during the weekend two drivers have been arrested by the Judicial Police Traffic to overcome the limits alcohol in expired air as they drove through the streets of Cartagena.
They were also administratively reported 3 conductors for failing tests alcohol and drugs while driving.
One of them occurred in La Manga, where he tested positive for drugs.
