Agents Cartagena Local Police arrested this past morning, about three o'clock, to an individual quehabían surprised throwing stones of considerable size on various parked on the street Wall of Earth, the Old Town vehicles.

The involved had caused damage to eight cars and was undocumented, so the agents proceeded to the reading of their rights and instructed police inquiries, passing the detainee to justice.
