The project 7 + 7 merges music and visual arts of local youth in the Sea of ​​Art (12/07/2016)

A unique space Municipal Archaeological Museum will be divided into different environments until 31 agostocomo part of an exhibition of the Sea of ​​Music that promotes art in all its forms, as it merges the músicacon different plastic interventions.

This has presented 7 + 7, a project that brings together seven musicians from the region with seven others also local artists who have been offered a space to work together.

The result, as has verified the Councillor for Culture, David Martinez, during the presentation to the press this morning, is a composition that mixes art, design, creativity, sound and youth.

ARTISTS WITH OWN NAME

The proposals are varied, as are the styles of artists.

The exhibition space is formed by the work deMarga F. Donaire, who joins the reggae song and author of Viré River;

Yolanda Lopez, accompanied by the elegant sounds of Alberto Masclans;

flowers, wishes and lights young Inés Muñoz, whose soundtrack is provided by the melodic pop of The Fifth System;

the suggestive work of Maria Ros and Antonio C. Solano, who mingles with the rhythms of Christopher Martinez.

The public also is facing an invitation to personal interpretation achieved by Raja and cantanteMiguel Manuel Alcazar;

sweet images of Virginia Perez, inspired by the lyrics of popular Nunatak group;

and the warm colors of the work of David Diaz, linking the ancient art of Sweden with the modern world of hand chords Gonzalo Pineda.

The mayor of Culture has also pointed out that to set these interventions has had various articles of the Swedish firm Ikea, as illuminated glasses, spoons floating, weightless flying hangers or stools.

Martinez stressed that all are very young artists and youth is what he has done to make a completely new work, giving them a topic that was Sweden, music by a young artist, and giving them a series of materials Ikea, for which he has indicated that they have had very little assembly time, so it is important to note their effort.

VISITING HOURS

This exhibition, curated by Professor of the University Popular Sergio Uran, will be available at the museum to be visited for free from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00, and Saturday and Sunday mornings from 11.00 to 14.00.

Officially, the exhibition will open in the afternoon Tuesday, July 12, at 20.00, in a ceremony that will also feature the mayor of Culture and the public interested in learning about this project and the artists themselves.
