After several days of events, activities and cultural events between neighbors and others, on Sunday May 8th Cultural Week XXI of the Virgin of Charity neighborhood that began under the slogan Teaming we won all closed.
The program has had film forum, an inaccessible and accessible route for disabled guests, a talk technology and disability, children's activities, displays of costumes and traditional music from different countries, a day of living, prevention and conflict resolution the recital School of Arabic, delivery of sports to Hope College Football, various workshops for young material holding Cruces de Mayo and unhermanamiento with participating groups and associations.
Carmen Martin, Councillor for Social Services, did not want to miss this event and shared the day on Friday with organizers, participants and neighbors.
The mayor wanted to highlight the work and involvement of this traditional cartagenera neighborhood in the numerous activities carried out during the year.
This Cultural Week has been organized by the City of Cartagena through the Department of Social Services and Social Mediation, the Neighborhood Association of the Virgen de la Caridad, the Club Senior, the School of Football Hope, Caritas San Leandro, collective Ghana, Palmera Cultural Association of Cartagena, Abraham Project and ACCEM, working the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, CM Rebels Local Headquarters of Cartagena and Murcianas Federation of People with Physical and / or Organic.
