The Bureau of the Covenant Night begins to walk listening to the proposals of the social partners for study in working groups (28/04/2016)

The Bureau of the Covenant Night of Cartagena has become this afternoon with the participation of various social actors and sectors involved to agree on measures that make possible the reconciliation of the right to enjoy youth with rest of the neighbors.

The meeting, chaired by council area of ​​Good Governance and Transparency, Juan Pedro Torralba, has taken place within the Municipal Commission for Citizen Participation, which has previously met to designate the different representatives of associations, organizations, groups and municipal services, members of the board.

As highlighted Torralba it is an open table to participation of those agencies and entities have something to contribute and wish to join their sessions.

In this first there have been presentations of each of the members and leisure inicialesrespecto to young people, who approaches has missed a greater presence on the table and try to palliated inviting more groups;

whether or not to create specific spaces for leisure of young people;

the launch of awareness campaigns and promotion of alternative and healthy leisure;

and the need to reconcile leisure and rest less young citizens, referring to the operation of the terraces of catering establishments.

In conclusion it was agreed that each of the members of the board relating the proposals that will attempt to seek consensus through some working groups will be set up shortly solutions.

In this first table Pact Night of Cartagena participated by the municipal corporation, its president Juan Pedro Torralba, along with Francisco Aznar, the socialist group;

José María Soler, MC;

Diego Ortega, the popular group;

Manuel Padin Citizens;

and Pilar Marcos, CTSSP.

It has also been as a member of the committee of participation, the president of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Cristina Roca.

With them representatives of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and its student council;

Youth Council;

Federation of Associations of Parents;

of neighborhood associations and civil platforms of the most affected areas such as La Manga, Cabo de Palos and historic center;

of Hostec;

Chamber of Commerce;

Municipal Drug Addiction Plan;

Youth Center Technical Department of Culture, Education, Environment and Health, Safety, Decentralization, Youth and Development and Economic Strategy, among other Resources.

The next meeting of the Bureau of the Covenant Night has been scheduled for May 11.
