The conference Yes to life, cooperation and sustainability held on Monday 18 at the Higher Technical School of Agricultural Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) and the Councillor for Portal and Accountability Office, Maria Jose Soler, came to welcome to the participants on behalf of the City.

Vladimir Babenko, deputy director of Institute of Radiological Belrad, and Raul Moreno, a photographer with experience in reporting on Chernobyl, and focused on Chernobyl and the effects of radiation on children.
Before starting the conversation, Soler gave Babenko Shimanski and various allusive gifts to Cartagena as a testimony of his visit to the municipality.
