The Cartagena Polytechnic offering 1,742 new places for degrees and master's degrees for the next course (13/04/2016)

The Governing Council of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) has approved the offer of new entry places for the next academic year, which will be 1,042 for imparting fourteen degrees and 700 master's degrees for 23 expects that.

In total, the UPCT will have 1,742 new students.

To these figures must be added the number of places for the Degree in Industrial Organization taught at the University Center for the Defense attached to the UPCT, and the number of international students attending the next course at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena , thanks to special agreements reached in countries like India, Singapore and Italy are expected to be closer to five hundred.

The new entry places has increased this year due to the incorporation, pending verification and implementation, three new master's offer UPCT.

The new graduate programs are in Architecture, which complements the new degree in Fundamentals of Architecture and provides the professional qualification as an architect in Electronic and Instrumentation Systems and Administration and Management of Social Economy, which will be online.

They have also increased the seats in the Masters in Industrial Engineering and Naval and Ocean Engineering.

By centers, the school that will offer a greater number of new entry places will be to Industrial Engineering, with 612 potential new students.

Followed by the Faculty of Business, with 300;

School of Architecture and Building, with 225;

the Telecommunications and Roads and Mines, with 195;

the Agronomists, with 125, and Naval, with 90.
