Santo Domingo celebrated on the night of Friday, March 4, a solemn Mass in honor of the Holy Christ of Socorro, head of the brotherhood, who occupied the altar before the eyes and devotion of the faithful, procesionistas and cófrades.
This Mass marks the grand finale of the Triduum which has been held in the church since March 1.
Mayor Nazarene Easter, Francisca Well, the Big Brother of the Brotherhood, Manuel Martinez, sported their medals in honor of the stamp.
The ceremony was presided over by the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, Bishop Lorca Planes.
was attended by members of the municipal corporation event as the deputy mayor and councilor for the Transparency and Good Governance, Participation, Decentralization and Celebrations, Juan Pedro Torralba, the Councillor for Social Services, Carmen Martin, and the councilor of Culture, David Martinez, as well as other civil and military authorities.
