Cartagena rolls up to the fourth edition of the Manga and Japanese Culture (18/02/2016)

The fourth edition of the Manga and Japanese culture, rolls up his Cartagena, was presented this morning at an event that has been attended by the Councillor for Youth, Ricardo Segado.

The event will bring together eight thousand visitors on 23 and 24 April at the premises of the School of Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT).

The fourth edition of the ¿Cartagena reManga¿ be held from 10 am to 21 hours (April 23) and 10-20 hours (April 24).

Ricardo Segado assured that the City Council face this issue with great enthusiasm because we believe that will mean for Cartagena boost tourism, as this event drags many people who want to learn about Japanese culture.
