The ADLE closes its sushi course of the Activa program (29/11/2019)

The Agency for Development and Employment celebrates this Friday, November 29, the closing ceremony of the Sushi course that has taken place during this week at the premises of the hospitality headquarters in the La Milagrosa building at 7pm.

It started last Monday 25, with a total duration of 25 hours within the ADLE Activa program, aimed at both unemployed and active workers for whom 30% of the places offered have been reserved.

The ADLE ACTIVA Program has been designed by the Agency for Local Development and Employment to train unemployed and busy people in skills and competences for job adaptability.

With this program, training is facilitated through short-duration and replicable training pills at different times.

The president of the ADLE, Irene Ruiz, will proceed to the delivery of diplomas to the 12 students of this culinary specialization workshop taught in a very practical way in which each student learns the techniques, elaborations and presentations of Japanese food.

It is a pioneering course in the ADLE that has been offered within a great training offer because Japanese food is booming worldwide.

Restaurants, hotels, catering and now large supermarkets need chefs specializing in sushi and Japanese cuisine.

It is one of the professions with the greatest job placement and excellent salary conditions, up to more than 20% more than the traditional economy.

From the very beginning of the course, students have been offered to companies interested in their profile, with the objective of placing 80% of the students.
