The Molina Palace in Cartagena exposes the work of Korean artist Kihong Chung (07/10/2019)

It will be open to the public until Sunday, January 12, 2020 |

The Molina Palace in Cartagena will host an exhibition by Korean artist Kihong Chung from Friday, October 11 at 7:30 p.m.

In his paintings, he intends to establish a connection between nature and the viewer.

The exhibition will be open to the public until Sunday, January 12, 2020.

According to the author of the works, KiHong Chung, "it is a fact that both the plastic, a standard object processed from oil, and the theme of the works, come from nature. The first is manipulated by the hand of man, and the second maintains its wild character, thus the support acts as a bridge between nature and the spectator. The impartiality of the plastic offers it to us and becomes a space that connects the exterior and the interior. "

The Asian artist uses the blade as a work tool, because he says it is "my gestural medium."

The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the morning, and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the afternoon.

On Saturdays and Sundays you can see from 11 to 14 hours.

Mondays will be closed.
