To solve it, The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, has established the free service 'Arrive800' that resolves doubts and solves all problems that may arise.
Thus, users who have experienced problems in their television receivers can contact the 'Arrive800' service for free through the telephone 900 833 999 or on the website www.llega800.es.
The technicians of this public service will resolve all possible interference suffered by users at no cost.
If necessary, a specialized technician will travel for free to the affected address to carry out the work of reconditioning the line, consisting of the installation of a filter at the entrance of the antenna to the house.
The implementation of the 4G service coverage will allow citizens to enjoy high-speed mobile connections on LTE (4G) technology with better coverage inside the buildings and greater geographical extension.
