On the afternoon of this Wednesday, June 5, the closing of the Singing Workshop that took place during this school year at the Popular University took place.
The students who completed the techniques that have been taught in Breathing and Vocalization, Projection and Tuning and in the Application of Basic Techniques offered the final concert of the course in the assembly hall of the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center.
They played songs like "The piano man", "And how is he", "I do not know why I love you", "Bella and Beast are", "A year of love", "Unbreak my heart", "Taste me "," Can't help falling in love "," There is not such a great genius "," She used to be mine "," Taste me "," Story of a love "," Pasodoble I love you "and" Lo best of the best".
The act also featured the performance of the Choir of the Popular University, recently created, under the direction of its director and workshop professor, Tony Salazar.
After the concert, the director of the Popular University, José Macián, congratulated the students for their effort during the academic year and their great performance.
The closing acts of the various courses and workshops of the UP will continue during the afternoon of this Thursday, June 6 at 7.30 pm with the inauguration of the exhibition of Drawing and Painting, Crafts, Ceramics and Cutting and Sewing in the exhibition hall of the UP Luzzy that has the participation of more than 200 students.
