The implementation of new 4G antennas could produce television interference in La Aljorra (05/06/2019)

The 4G technology, borrowed on the 800 MHz frequency band, previously used by Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), is being implemented this week in the La Aljorra area with the installation of new antennas, which may cause interference in the televisions.

To solve it, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism has established the free service 'Llega800' to solve doubts and solve all problems that may arise.

Thus, affected users of this council and the rest of the municipality by other previous facilities, can contact the operator 'Llega800' for free through the telephone 900 833 999 or on the website www.llega800.es.

The technicians of this public attention service will solve all the possible interferences that the users suffer without any cost.

The provision of these services has already taken place in other European countries such as the United Kingdom, Italy and France, assuming a breakthrough in terms of services and benefits for users and citizens.

All these services, reported from Llega800, will be produced as quickly as possible and individually.

If necessary, a specialized technician will travel free of charge to the affected home to carry out the work of reconditioning the line.

The mobile telephony operators will allow, with the start-up of the 4G service, that citizens can enjoy high-speed mobile connections over LTE (4G) technology with better coverage inside the buildings and greater geographical extension.
