The fundamental characteristic of this Project is that at all times the training has been combined with individual and group tutorials in order to accompany these young people throughout the process and guide them.

The objective is that at the end of this phase, they are able to integrate into the working world with full competitiveness.

The COLOC Project has been managed by the Local Development and Employment Agency of the City of Cartagena as an integral Project of training, orientation and insertion.

It has welcomed in its three phases to 120 young people enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System, within the framework of the Youth Employment Operative Program.

The total budget of the Project amounts to 600,000 euros co-financed by the European Social Fund, the Ministry of the Presidency and for the Territorial Administrations and the Agency for Local Development and Employment.
