Every three months we rotated through the different areas of the company, in order to learn the inner workings, "recalls José María Hernández, valuing his journey at HIMOINSA very positively.

The UPIE COIE and the Industrial School will schedule and pre-select the candidates according to their file and adaptation to the profiles demanded by the company.

The preselected ones will be submitted to the interview phase of the company.

YANMAR, the business group to which HIMOINSA belongs, joined this initiative in 2017. "The students dedicate two years of training in HIMOINSA Spain and then they go to the YANMAR production plants in Japan to finally rejoin some of the venues that the company has in Europe, "says Tetsuya Yamamoto, who reiterates the commitment that must exist between universities and companies to attract talent and generate employment.
