The Municipal Pavilion hosts the XXXIX Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition (15/03/2019)

The Municipal Pavilion of Wissel Street in Guimbarda hosts the XXXIX Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition, organized by the City of Cartagena and the General Directorate of Sports of the Autonomous Community, to be held on the 21st and 28th of March.

There will be 25 schools throughout the municipality that participate in this edition with more than 1000 gymnasts aged between 4 and 17 years in the categories Chupetas, Prebenjamín and Benjamín with hands-free, Alevín (ball and hands-free), Infantil (cuerda and aro), Junior (ball) and Juvenile (tape and hoop).

The day will begin both days at 16h in the afternoon with the exhibitions of a total of 100 daily teams with 27 coaches.

This competition, framed within the Scholastic Sports program, aims to motivate learning and enrich the values ​​of the spirit of competition that brings the practice of this sport, making it an important factor for the comprehensive training of students.
