Firefighters from the Fire and Rescue Service of the City of Cartagena went around three in the afternoon to Sóller street where there had been a fire on the second floor of a residential building.

The fire originated in the living room affecting the entire room.

The firefighters have had to attend the tenant of the property, a 69-year-old woman, who has been affected by smoke poisoning.

The rest of the tenants of the building were all outside, so only material damage has occurred.
