In the session of the Municipal Plenary held this morning the Mayor has returned to act in a tendentious and discriminatory manner with our municipal group, continuing its work of persecution and harassment against our councilors and in particular against José López, who this morning, once again, It has revealed the irregularities in the water contract for which the mayor has been condemned in a contentious court on two occasions.
After being in evidence and refusing to render accounts, the socialist government has refused to answer the question made by José López on the sanctioning case to PP councilor Álvaro Valdés for an urban infringement, alleging that they are personal data.
The popular councilman has added that he has not received any sanctions at his home, at which time it has occurred in debate with José López who reminded him that maybe it is because our municipality does not reside, something that has been true to Valdés.
Castejón has taken the opportunity to suspend the Plenary and look for a headline that conceals the plot of the water.
After the suspension Lopez has requested explanations from the Mayor about the reason why the PP data should be protected and he has been asked illegally the data of its customers and suppliers (model 347), is that the Mayor has been able to offer satisfactory explanation.
The truth is that when Lopez was asked for this information he immediately contributed, warning that it was not legal to do so and that a record of who accessed it was collected.
In recent dates the statements have been returned acknowledging that they should not have been asked, if it is clear who has accessed them.
José López suspects that in addition to being part of the political persecution orchestrated by PP and PSOE, these data have been accessed with the intention of putting pressure on their clients, which is another intrusion on their fundamental rights and those of third parties.
That is why he has already transferred the file to his legal services so that they can file claims and complaints against Castejón and who has cooperated with her in these events.
