The students of the CEIP Antonio Ulloa received this Friday, November 23, the visit of sports nutritionist-dietitians Lorena Luján and Victor Serrano, who have spoken to students about how to create and maintain healthy habits that promote growth and development of the person, combined in turn with a correct sport practice.
This activity is part of the ADE Program of the Department of Sports, which has launched the first meeting-talk Sport + Nutrition = Health.
The young students have shown great interest in knowing and learning how to eat properly and appropriately, through questions, explanations and images offered in the meeting-talk.
One of the moments that has most attracted the attention of the students has been in the part of the healthy dish, where they have known how proteins, hydrates and fats should be combined and how to identify foods or nutrients by color.
In this type of meeting-talks, each school will be given a practical guide, as well as how to prepare the healthy dish so that students can do it at home and follow the guidelines of the experts.
These meetings have aroused great interest in schools with a high demand and demand.
In this first course, the goal of the Department of Sports is to transfer to teachers and schoolchildren the benefits of carrying out a sports practice together with proper nutrition.
The ADE program is organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena and the Official College of Graduates in Physical Education and Sports of the Autonomous Community.
