The Regional Table Tennis Championship was held this Wednesday, November 21, in Cartagena.

This event is framed within the Special School Games of Adapted School Sports.

The competition that celebrates its 31st edition, has been held for the first time in two facilities - until now it has been held in a single space - such as the pavilions of Barrio Peral and Cuatro Santos.

The mayor of Sports, Manuel Mora and the president of the Federation of Sports for People with Intellectual Disability in the Region of Murcia, José Zomeño, attended the celebration of the event and were able to witness how the table tennis matches were played.

Up to Cartagena have been attended by more than 325 athletes from all the Region of Murcia, who have played the Championship in three categories: Competition, Adapted and Skills.

All the Centers of the Community, as well as Associations and sports clubs have had representation in the Championship.
