CTSSP: The mayor sells smoke and tries to wash her image in her last interview for the SER network (08/11/2018)

Before the interview given yesterday to the Cadena SER the mayor, CTSSP wants to express its astonishment and shame before some of its statements.

Mrs. Castejón tells us that the largest public investment has been made in neighborhoods and councils, no less than eight million euros.

And we ask ourselves: where are those 8 million invested?

In what specific neighborhoods?

What streets are now better equipped?

Does not this mayor know how the Alameda de San Antón, or Los Barreros, or San Felix, or the Greenway?

Where is the project for this road?

It denies in this way, in a shameful way, the neighbors who have been in the legislature complaining about their neighborhoods, and also all the opposition groups that in the Plenary Session we agree that we have a disaster of municipalities and a deficit of infrastructures in certain councils and neighborhoods.

To make matters worse, now Ana Belén Castejón leaves the future of all these shortcomings in the hands of the "hypothetical" sale of "unsaleable" plots of Casco Antiguo, a society that has been shown to be insolvent.

We are therefore a panorama and a bleak future for these neighborhoods, which may remain in the hands of the speculative proposals of this socialist government.

The priority of the mayor at this time should be to undertake and implement the comprehensive plans (approved in full municipal by the same government), with the budget items agreed in the municipal budgets, and not leave the neighbors at the mercy of the sale or no sale of some plots.

Can Castejón know how to predict the future and can say that in less than 7 months these lands will be sold?

For CTSSP this is not serious, it is more like selling smoke, making castles in the air, and what is worse, cheating citizens.

As for the Hondón land, it seems that it does not remember the last report of the Nuclear Safety Council that included it in the short list of the most radioactive soils in the country.

How is it possible to say that in recent times there has been no news?

And do you not remember the report of the ombudsman, who demanded that they urgently go out of danger?

And of the project that she herself commissioned along with MC, to the UPCT, to decontaminate the land?

Very little memory seems to have for what does not interest, this our mayor.

But the most terrible thing in this matter is that the city is the owner of 75% of the land, and she boasts of it: "now almost all Hondon land is ours", he alluded.

Yes, they are ours, but they are poisoned land, and all of Cartagena knew it.

The neighbors on the one hand mount platforms to fight for decontamination, and on the other hand the mayor denies the mayor.

Another shame, and there are two of them already.

The third shame is to admit now that "Cartagena is not clean".

How is it possible that after a whole legislature dancing water to the concessionaires, "giving" everything they ask, since taking the baton has not sanctioned any of the breaches that the municipal technicians had been warning him?

What excuses are those that now recognize, and that they give the concessionaires, specifically FCC?

And above all, we want you to tell us what measures you are going to undertake, because until we see it translated into facts, we will not believe it.

In Cartagena, as we said in the last plenary session, concessionaires continue to govern.
