Until next October 30 is the deadline for submission to the Official Contest for the election of the poster that will represent the City in its Carnival 2019, convened by the Carnival Federation of Cartagena, with the collaboration of the Department of Celebrations of the City Council of Cartagena.
All Spanish and foreign creators who wish to participate in the contest may take part in the contest, being an indispensable condition that the works are original.
Each participant may submit up to three original works.
The theme will be free of choice and interpretation of the author must collect the carnival spirit, as well as a notorious element of the City of Cartagena.
The technique will also be free.
The posters will be displayed in the place determined by the Carnival Federation, before the jury's decision, which will be made up of representatives of the City Council and the Carnival Federation and professionals from the design and communication sector.
