We can rejects the transitory rules and the business acceleration law (02/10/2018)

The municipal group criticizes the double standards of the PSOE, which at the local level pressures Lopez Miras to approve the transitory norms and that at the regional level rejects the Law of Business Acceleration

Cartagena Sí Se Puede, the municipal group of Podemos, has reiterated its rejection of both the transitory rules agreed by the local PSOE and the regional government, as well as the Second Law of Administrative Simplification, also known as the Business Acceleration Law2E In both cases It deals with stratagems that only seek to benefit minority sectors and groups of economic power, and do so at the cost of bypassing legislation and putting the environment at risk.

In the case of transitory regulations, not only the real estate development of a few and the unnecessary expansion of industrial land, but the absolute deregulation of rural nuclei, several odd jobs in Los Mateos and San Antón, as well as a serious risk to the conservation of the heritage and the natural spaces of the municipality that are hardly protected.

The purple formation has criticized that it is followed in the path of urbanism of the PP, and that the local PSOE is stubborn in shoehorning the pluri-annulled 2012 General Plan, knocked down by the courts, both in its initial version and in its modality "Express" 2E Likewise, Podemos has recalled that, together with numerous groups (such as FAVCAC, ADEPA, ANSE, Citizen Observatory and PROCABO, among others) presented allegations to the transitory norms.

These allegations were right and justified, which is confirmed when the rules are still not approved, are challenged by different Regional Government Ministries, and the City of Cartagena has had to see how they correct their proposal several times.

CTSSP-PODEMOS considers that the PSOE has a serious problem if the proposal of López Miras comes to fruition in order to process the Transitory Urban Regulations through the Business Acceleration Law of PP, C's and CROEM.

A serious problem because he will have to explain to his voters and militants why at Regional level he has rejected the Law of Business Acceleration (presenting amendments to the whole) and at a local level he would be using it to give him free access to transitory norms that do not they are another thing that the trick of which great builders and entrepreneurs are used not to work in a General Urban Plan from the beginning, which is what the Courts have repeatedly sentenced.

Finally, PODEMOS has reiterated that the General Plan should be done in a democratic and participatory manner, listening to all social and neighborhood actors, and that what is really urgent in terms of urban planning is a building moratorium in the Mar Menor and its surroundings until there is no new General Plan, something that the local PSOE has not even asked with a small mouth, showing that it has urgency only for the benefit of certain interests, but when it comes to protecting the Mar Menor, there is no such hurry.
