MC will demand that the political interference does not harm the necessary municipal TPN (08/09/2018)

The final draft of the Job List of the City of Cartagena is a commitment of the MC Government program, along with the consolidation of hundreds of public employees in a legal limbo and the hiring of new staff through open and regulated procedures , either provisionally through job exchanges, or through oppositions.

To ensure compliance with this objective, MC has studied the dossier of the Study on the List of Job Positions that is tendered by the municipal government with the following purpose: the development of the municipal organization chart, the elaboration of the list of jobs (RPT) of the City of Cartagena and its assessment (based on the existing one in which autonomous agencies are not included), and the preparation of its Internal Regulation.

This contract, promoted by MC, aims, as recalled by the deputy speaker of the municipal group, Isabel García, that "the City Council has an RPT for the organization of personal media and thus offer the best possible service to citizens, attending to the existing budget availability ".

It should be noted that, from the analysis of posts, a detailed description of them is derived to assess the 'weight' of each position within the administration compared to others within our environment.

Garcia recalled that "the consolidation has already reached more than a hundred public employees, public employment offers have been approved, there is a budget for the oppositions and only the socialist government needs to put them in motion".

Also, has indicated that "regarding the administrative organization, we detected the past legislature an organizational chaos that prevents the normal operation of the administration while cutting the possibilities of vertical and horizontal promotion of public employees, which led us to tender This work whose result is already on the table of the Government ".

Given the current situation, Isabel Garcia has stated that "from MC we demand that an explanatory meeting of the contractor company be summoned urgently with all the municipal groups to present the conclusions of these works, whose cost has amounted to 133,100 euros."

The mayor of Cartagena added that "the company, as MC has been defending, reminds us that political interference damages the work mechanics and, therefore, we want all parties to listen to it, especially PP and PSOE, which have always acted by affinity and clientelism, leaving aside merits and capabilities, and so that other formations such as Manuel Padín's get to understand the mechanics of municipal operation three years after making an opinion without arguments ".

After this meeting, the councilor of MC has summed up, "this new TPN should be implemented as soon as possible, as well as approve the Working Conditions Agreement in which Castejón and Aznar have not advanced from their responsibilities, because only with method and organization it is possible to obtain the best results ".

The salaries of municipal employees are dangerous

Finally, the deputy spokesperson of MC has warned about the fact that "the delay that Caostejón accumulates compromises the payment of salaries, since there is already a proposal of TPN on the table while hundreds of them remain in a situation of temporary attribution of functions "

MC fears that the socialist interventionist will help as much as possible to his comrades, even if he begins to limit the illegality if he does not demand this regularization.

MC expects that there will be no delay in the payment of payroll, although we are obliged to warn of this possibility.
