The City Council begins the process of restructuring, relocating and awarding vacant positions in the markets (30/07/2018)

Chaired by the councilor of the Area of ​​Sustainable Development and Public Road, Francisco Aznar, today Monday July 30 has met in extraordinary session the Municipal Board of Street Sales, where "the process of restructuring of municipal markets has been launched, relocation of posts and subsequent allocation of vacancies, objective for which the Department is working ", as pointed out by the mayor.

Thus, work is already underway on the restructuring of the markets of Los Dolores, El Bohío, Ribera de San Javier (Cénit), Azohía, Los Nietos and Barrio Peral, to alleviate the problems of some posts that are occupying emergency exits, fords, school departures, etc.

In addition, improvements have been approved in the location of positions requested by owners of the same in the markets of El Algar, La Aljorra, Los Belones, Llano del Beal, La Palma and Pozo Estrecho.

In October, vacancies left in the aforementioned flea markets will be awarded and, as soon as the restructuring of the other flea markets is completed, improvements and vacancy adjustments will also be made.

The associations of Venta Ambulante have been satisfied by the efficiency with which the City Council responds to their demands and have highlighted, mainly, the intervention of the Local Police with the manteros in the street market of Cabo de Palos.
