Citizens collect complaints from users of the Single Window of Cartagena and transfer them to the Assembly (06/07/2018)

- The spokesman of Citizens Cartagena defends that "it is intolerable that to make a procedure in this office the Cartagena have to wait up to an hour and a half, while in Murcia users of this service are served in less than 15 minutes"

- Cs Cartagena has transferred to its colleagues in the Regional Assembly the deficiencies that this public service presents that affect hundreds of people every day

After being aware of the deficiencies that the service of the office of Ventanilla Ăšnica de Cartagena presents, Ciudadanos has transferred to its colleagues in the Regional Assembly the complaints of the users who daily go to the dependencies to request information, register documents or perform related procedures with the regional administration.

Users of this service have complained several times about the long waiting times, the lack of seats and the parking problems they face when they visit the Single Window office located in the Forum Building on Campos Street. Cartagena, to carry out procedures before the Regional Administration

"It is intolerable that to make a procedure in this office the Cartagena have to wait up to an hour and a half, while in Murcia users of this service are served in less than 15 minutes," says the spokesman of Cartagena Citizens, Manuel Padin.

The main reason why people in Cartagena lose so much time in these procedures is, according to the complaints received from users, the shortage of offices and staff.

"Cs Cartagena is on the side of Cartagena and therefore we have transferred this problem to the Deputies of Citizens in the Regional Assembly," says the orange spokesman.

The Forum building is the main headquarters of the Single Window of the Autonomous Community in Cartagena, one of the three registries that exist in the municipality.

"For a municipality with 218,000 inhabitants, these 3 records are insufficient, in Murcia there are 6 or 7 and waiting times do not exceed 15 minutes," says Manuel Padín.

For its part, CCOO has once again publicly requested the CARM Government to take measures to solve this deterioration in public services that affects hundreds of people each day.
