The poster that will promote the current edition of Carthaginians and Romans has already been made public.
On Saturday, May 19 and framed in the activities programmed in the Night of the Museums and the Half Year Festive, the poster of the Carthaginian and Roman festivities was presented, which on this occasion was designed by the artist Javier Lorente.
From 11 in the morning the esplanade of the Port of Cartagena hosted several activities programmed by the Federation of Carthaginians and Romans, in collaboration with the City of Cartagena with which they aimed to bring the history and the current situation of these acclaimed parties to neighbors and visitors .
To do this, more than 20 tents were installed and games and activities for all ages were organized.
To know first hand all the activities and participate in this festival of culture and history, the first mayor of the City of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, along with the Councilor for Sports, Obdulia Gómez, went to the esplanade of the Port from the area of ​​Public Services, Citizen Participation and Celebrations, Juan Pedro Torralba, the mayor of Culture, Education and Youth, David Martinez and the councilor of the Economic Strategy and Finance area, M.ª Carmen Martín.
As a climax to the day, the poster of the Carthaginian and Romans 2018 Festivities was presented to the public, in an act that counted with the participation of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, the Regional Government Spokesman, Noelia Arroyo, the president of Troops and Legions, José Antonio Meca, and the author himself ..
With these activities, the program ends with the celebration of the Half Year Festero that has been developed throughout the week, with activities and talks.
